Yoga is not about crossing your feet behind your head. It’s a transformative journey. It’s about revealing all the layers to come back to yourself. Angela has been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2013. Through her various trainings she learned to individually adapt the practice to different needs. Pranayama - breath - as well as Yoga Philosophy are crucial parts of all her classes. In 2023, Angela achieved accreditation as a Yoga Therapist, recognised by Swiss health insurance. Her practice and teaching draw inspiration from a rich blend of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vini, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Tantra, Ayurveda and Vedanta - an ancient yogic philosophy still applicable in modern times.

Jasmine Chevallaz

Jasmine Chevallaz is an independent Coach, Trainer and Facilitator for international organisations. With a background in Art Management, Jasmine transitioned into coaching, after 12 years of living abroad in different corners of the world. Having worked in Asia, the US, and Europe, she brings an extensive experience as an Executive and Life Coach, Leadership Development. Jasmine's unique perspective stems from her rich expatriate life and from her collaboration with diverse nationalities, making her well-versed in navigating challenges and fostering cross-cultural functional teams. A native French speaker, she effortlessly communicates in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Beyond her coaching expertise, Jasmine consistently explores new tools to assist her clients in their development. In addition to her coaching practice, she teaches Body-Mind Integration - a practice that aims to build up resilience for peak performance. Having lived in the United States, Brazil, Uruguay, and Singapore, Jasmine has now found her base in Switzerland, her home country.
